To achieve the above-mentioned objectives, Bartolucci Arredamenti has implemented a Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards and defined an annual Improvement Plan.
\nThe rules and practices established and agreed upon throughout the organization have been formalized in specific documents and procedures that guide staff in carrying out daily activities.
\nAll personnel, through direct involvement and that of any collaborators, are continuously trained and made aware of the need to achieve the established objectives and to understand the risks related to their area of responsibility.
They are encouraged to work only after wearing the required protective equipment, to combat and eliminate inefficiencies, to identify potential risks and opportunities and propose process improvement actions, as well as to continuously enhance their skills and awareness.
